Many of you have been with us throughout this journey, witnessing our evolution from "Workout in Style" to the fabulous "ROYAL." I cannot express enough gratitude for your unwavering support over the years, especially to you and your daughters. Even if some of you have moved out of Westchester, your continued messages, kind words, and friendship mean the world to me. And to those who are new to our ROYAL community, welcome!
